Beer production water includes brewing water (water directly into the product such as saccharification water, lees water, beer dilution water) and washing, cooling water, etc. Water is one of the most important ingredients in the finished beer, with the largest content, commonly known as the "blood" of beer, so high-quality beer must be brewed with high-quality water.

1. The water quality of food processing water shall conform to GB 5749 "Sanitary Standard for Drinking Water"

2. Excellent water quality shall be low salt, low hardness, neutral to slightly acidic (PH6.8-7.2), no dust, sand, suspended solids and other impurities, no organic bacteria or toxic pollution, colorless, odorless, clear and transparent.
